Tasting Notes

Great and attractive red color. The nose shows a good complexity between red fruits, tobacco, spicy notes and sweet touches from the wood.

Soft and round mouth, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Serving Suggestions :

 Open one hour before serving at room temp between 17° to 18° C.

Excellent with a variety of rich, savoury foods such as pasta with mushroom sauce, lean meats, aged cheeses and risotto.
